7 days...

So, that was supposed to sound freaky, like in "The Ring", but I doubt that it worked. I am so excited! I turn 21 in 7 days! Being a "mormon girl" turning 21 doesn't give me any special priviledges. I don't drink and I don't gamble, so the 2 things that most people look forward to, I'm not. I'm not making a big special trip to Vegas, to celebrate my 21st birthday. Yes, I will be driving through Vegas the day before, on my way home from Utah, but the only reasons I'll be stopping are for gas and for IN-N-OUT!
I'm not really sure why, but I'm into making lists lately. So, I'm going to make a list of the things that I am going to try to accomplish with this new age. Kind of like a New Year's resolution, but more like, it's the year of ME. OK, that sounded really self-centered, but seriously, this age is the age that I am going to focus on myself. Just look at the list, and you'll understand!

• lose 20 lbs.
• finish another year of school
• read the Book of Mormon again
• figure out a little bit more of my future
• buy a car
• workout at least 4 times a week
• re-learn how to play the flute

The plans for my birthday are to re-new my driver's license, in the morning. Then, I'm having lunch with my Dede. Around 4 or 5 o'clock, my dad and I will leave for the Angels game. The game's at 7:05 against the Detroit Tigers. The night before that, I am going to dinner with my mom, and the night after my birthday, I'm going to dinner with my friends. I'm getting ready for my week of birthday stuff! It's all starting this Friday, dinner with my friends, here in Utah!
