Biscuit Pizza?!?

You may be wondering to yourself, what in the world is biscuit pizza? Well, I have to tell you a story, before I tell you exactly what biscuit pizza is.
Britta was down from Logan this weekend, for her EFY counselor interview, so she and I hung out on Saturday night, and she spent the night. We had so much fun together. I was having a bad weekend, already, so Britta coming down REALLY helped! We went bra shopping at Victoria's Secret (I know, a little t.m.i. but, still so fun!). Then, we came back home and decided that we were hungry, and that we wanted pizza, but we didn't want to order pizza, but wanted to make pizza from scratch. I mean, how much more fun can you have? Making pizza from scratch... so fun! Well, we went and visited a friend of ours, Kay, and hung out with her for awhile, laughed hysterically... MY BAD! Then on the way home, stopped at Macey's to get some cheese and toppings for the pizza that we would be making. When we returned home, I pulled up a "Quick Pizza Dough" recipe off of the internet and got to work making the dough. When I was done making the dough, I realized that it was a little thick for pizza dough, but just figured, "Oh well, it will just be some thick crust."
We loaded up the pizza with tons of sauce, cheese, canadian bacon, and pineapple. When we put the pizza in the oven, oh my goodness, it was so heavy! But, we were excited for this pizza creation we were making. 20 minutes later, when we took the pizza out of the oven, we realized that we had a "Biscuit Pizza".
Now, I will explain what a biscuit pizza is. Well, we realized, that the "Quick Pizza Dough" recipe was more a "Quick Biscuit Dough" recipe. So, the dough that we made was biscuit dough, and that was the reason it was as thick as it was. A biscuit pizza is a pizza made on a GIANT biscuit. It tastes amazing! I mean, who doesn't love biscuits, and who doesn't love pizza? With a biscuit pizza, you get the best of both worlds! I am thinking that Britta and I should patent the idea, because honestly, it is AMAZING!
