A Pretty Good Weekend

I had probably one of the better weekends, that I've had in a long time. It has been pretty great, not gonna lie.

On Friday, I made my 10 hour drive to Provo, Utah. It was actually not as boring as I thought it was going to be. Thank goodness I had my ipod and lots of CDs. When I got to Provo, I went over to Dawna and Nik Berry's apartment. It was so good to see them. I had just seen them a little over a month ago, so it was nice. We went to Pizza Pie Cafe for dinner... mmmm... soooo good! I stayed at their apartment for the night.

Saturday morning, I got up and went and visited my friend Eric (Bearic). It was good to see him. Right after, I went to move in to my apartment. 3 of my friends met me there to help me move in. My apartment is pretty nice. It's a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and there are only 3 of us living there right now. My room is a pretty nice sized room. I was able to fit all of my stuff in there. Later that afternoon, Amanda came over to see me. I've missed her so much, so it was amazing to get to see her. Then, her boyfriend, Ben, and his best friend, Justin, came over. I had them help me move a bookcase from the living room into my room, and I put my tv and all of my dishes there. Amanda and me, and the boys then went out to the mall to get the boys hair done (I know... it was pretty funny!). We all came back and watched SAW VI at my apartment. It was such a nice, fun, relaxing evening.

Sunday I had church early at 9:00 (definitely going to take some getting used to). I was so tired after church, I took a 2-hour nap. Amanda came over and woke me up, and we got ready to go over to the boys apartment. They made us dinner, it was really sweet. We had a fun game night and watched a movie. It was once again, a great night. Justin let me drive his truck (which, not gonna lie, was awesome!). Then, we decided that in the morning, before I went to work, we were all going to hangout and go bunny hunting.

It has been such a nice time here, so far. And, I'm so excited that I have friends here who love and support me. Amanda is hopefully moving into the empty bedroom in the apartment. I can't wait for this new adventure to actually kickoff. I'll keep you all posted!
